Responsible for maintaining financially sound processes and documents involving activities of the delinquency and charge off portfolio. Process include - DMV paperwork, filing of claims, posting of payments to member accounts and paying invoices. Responsible for processing all bankruptcies, handling all repossession processes from beginning to end and also processing all the monthly charge offs. Prepares court documentation such as garnishments, liens and levies. Also, is responsible for the BALP and return checks. Maintains all of the return check logs, bankruptcy logs and repossessions logs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Associates degree in business related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of five years experience working within a financial institution.
  • Prefer previous experience working with repossessions and bankruptcies.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, oral and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations that apply to financial institutions.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturdays 9am to 1pm (varies per branch). Lynchburg area branch.

Must be dependable, flexible, and possess good communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities: Assists Branch Manager in supervising daily operations, including but not limited to: Deliver exceptional member service, meet and exceed sales and service goals, open new accounts, and loans. Manage and coach staff to ensure all sales and service standards are met or exceeded. Develop sales strategies designed to grow Credit Union Membership and expand relationship with current members. Other duties and expectations will be discussed in an interview.

Responsibilities: Provide and ensure highest quality service to all potential and current members. Inform and cross sell members on services, products and benefits of credit union membership. Assist and address all questions and concerns, and follow through until resolved. Responsible for the accurate servicing of varied check and cash financial transactions for the membership. Candidate is responsible to accurately maintain a cash drawer.
