Full Job Description:

To originate, manage, and supervise the company's portfolio of commercial loans, with the overall objective of maintaining asset quality and increasing portfolio; to develop new and existing commercial and business relationships. Supervise other business officers to ensure overall company goals are met on a consistent basis.

Relationships with external contacts are vital, not only for the success of the position, but the success of the company overall. Work involves extensive personal contact with community leaders, business leaders, and internal managers.

Must have experience in analyzing business financial statements and assessing the viability of businesses; must have excellent communication and PR skills; ability to use related software required. 

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience/Qualifications:

• Commercial Lending: 2 years (Required)
• Banking: 2 years (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)
