Banking: 1 Year (Preferred)
Mortgage Loan Origination: 1 Year (Required)
Sales: 1 Year (Required)
NMLS Certificate (Required)
Driver's License (Required)
Bachelors Degree (Required)
Fair Housing Regulations: 1 Year (Preferred)
US Work Authorization (Preferred)
Responsibilities: Take Mortgage Loan applications and analyze the data received. Solicits new mortgage business, maintains good outside working relationships, and promotes the organization's products and services. Reach out and cultivate realtor relationships in all of our community chartered areas in the Roanoke region. Attend open houses and provide support to realtors on the weekends. Self starter, goal-oriented sales professional focused on providing the highest level of member service. Salary discussed at interview.
